A family cellar reborn through method and memory — where Lambrusco rises, one bottle at a time.
Cristian Bellei — through the support of Giorgio Angiolini and Angela Sini — brings Lambrusco to new heights. At Cantina della Volta, centuries of tradition meet Metodo Classico mastery, creating sparkling wines that are lively, elegant, and deeply rooted in Modena’s spirit.
