Day by Day
Arrive at Bologna airport and transfer to the hotel in Bologna. Time at your disposal to visit Bologna on your own. Dinner in hotel or restaurant and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 1 →
Arrival in Bologna
Breakfast in hotel. Then transfer to Cantina della Volta, near Modena. Guided tour of the winery and tasting of their wines. Lunch in a typical restaurant and afternoon guided visit to Modena: a city of art, motors, and taste. Visit Piazza Grande with the Cathedral and the Ghirlandina Tower, Palazzo Ducale and the Estensi Galleries. Possibly, visit the Ferrari Museum in Modena or Maranello. In the late afternoon, transfer to La Sabbiona in Faenza for dinner and overnight stay.

Pasta & Pairings at La Sabbiona
Full day at disposal to visit the winery. Tasting of 5 wines accompanied by local products. In the afternoon handmade pasta lesson: each participant will be provided with all the tools and ingredients for making typical pasta. At the end, lunch with the products made during the workshop accompanied by local wines. Time at leisure, dinner and overnight stay at La Sabbiona.

Wines & Wonders of Brisighella
After breakfast, transfer to the Ca' di Sopra winery where we will visit the vineyards and the aging rooms. At the end, tasting of 5 wines accompanied by local products. Transfer to Brisighella for the lunch reserved. After lunch guided tour of this fascinating medieval village dominated by three hills: La Rocca, the Clock Tower, and the Monticino Sanctuary. There will be a visit to the Via degli Asini, a 14th-century covered road with arched windows that provided cover for the numerous carts and donkeys that used it in the past. In the late afternoon transfer back to La Sabbiona. Dinner and overnight stay.

Faenza: Clay, Craft & Culture
After breakfast, transfer to Faenza city center and start the guided panoramic tour of the main monuments in the old town and entrance to the International Ceramics Museum: the culture of ceramics, spanning five continents and several centuries, is documented in these rooms, which contain the world's largest collection of ceramics. Lunch in a typical Romagna restaurant. In the afternoon visit of a handicraft workshop of ceramic art. At the end back to La Sabbiona and time at leisure, dinner and overnight stay at La Sabbiona.
